إشعار هام بشأن طلبات التأشيرة Important Notice Regarding Visa Applications
حرصًا على توفير وقت عملائنا وحماية حقوقهم، وضمان إتمام إجراءات السفر إلى الصين بسلاسة، يرجى الانتباه إلى التعليمات التالية:
١- سيقدم مركز القاهرة خدمة ”عطلة نهاية الأسبوع خاصة“ صباح كل يوم سبت وذلك بدأً من شهر سبتمبر الجاري. وسيتمكن المتقدمين الذين يختارون هذه الخدمة تقديم طلبات التأشيرة، واستلام جوازات السفر والوثائق، والتقديم على خدمة المراجعة السريعة للطلبات خلال أيام السبت.
٢- يجب على المتقدم كتابة البند 6.1 من نموذج الطلب بشكل كامل، والتأكد من أن البيانات الموجودة في البند 6.2 مطابقة تمامًا للبيانات الواردة في خطاب الدعوة والمستندات المقدمة من الشخص أو الجهة الداعية، بما في ذلك بيانات الهوية للأفراد أو السجل التجاري للشركات
M / F / Z / X / J / C / R يجب إدخال بيانات الجهة أو المؤسسة الداعية في البند 6.2 بالنسبة للتأشيرات
٣- عند تقديم كشف الحساب البنكي، يجب أن يكون اسم صاحب الحساب والعملة باللغة الإنجليزية. وإذا كان الحساب البنكي باسم شخص آخر غير المتقدم، فيجب تقديم مستند رسمي باللغة الإنجليزية يثبت صلة القرابة بين صاحب الحساب والمتقدم.
٤- للمتقدمين تحت سن الثامنة عشر، يجب تقديم شهادة الميلاد والمستندات التي تثبت علاقة الوصاية/القرابة، مثل شهادة زواج الوالدين، وبيانات هوية الوصي (جواز السفر أو بطاقة الرقم القومي) على أن تكون المستندات باللغة الإنجليزية.
لكما يجب أن يكون المتقدمين تحت الثامنة عشر برفقة ولي أمرهم أثناء تقديم الطلب بالمركز، ويجب على ولي الأمر التوقيع إقرار الموافقة على سفر القاصر إلى الصين. برجاء الاطلاع على الرابط التالي
٥- لا يقبل المركز جوازات السفر التالفة أو بها أضرار واضحة. ويجب التأكد عند تقديم الطلب من وجود صفحتين متتاليتين فارغتين على الأقل في جواز السفر، وإلا فقد يتم رفض استلام الطلب.
٦- حفاظًا على خصوصية المتقدم وتجنب أي استخدام غير مناسب لبياناته، يجب الاحتفاظ باسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصة بحساب المتقدم على موقعنا الإلكتروني بشكل آمن. حيث تُعد هذه البيانات المفتاح الوحيد لطلبات التأشيرة الخاصة بهم، لذلك يرجى عدم مشاركتها مع أي شخص.
٧- نوجه عناية عملائنا الكرام أنه لا يوجد أي تعاونات بين مركز التأشيرات وأي جهات أخرى لتقديم التأشيرات. كما يجب التأكد من صحة جميع المعلومات والمستندات المقدمة عند التقديم. وفي حال وجود معلومات أو مستندات غير صحيحة، فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى رفض طلب التأشيرة، لذلك يرجى التأكد من جميع البيانات قبل تقديم الطلب.

In order to save our applicants’ time, protect their legitimate rights and ensure their smooth Travels to China, Kindly note the following:
1. Starting from September 2026, Cairo center will offer a new “VIP Weekend Special
Service” on Saturdays. Applicants who choose this service can submit their applications, receive their passports and documents, and apply for priority online review.
2. While filling the online application, applicants have to fill the address in (6.1), they also
have to fill travel dates and inviting person or organization information in (6.2). Kindly be noted that the uploaded invitation letter, business license, or inviter’s personal information should be all matching together. When applying for M, F, Z, X, J, C, or R visas, information in application form (6.2) should be matching with the inviting organization’s information.
3. When providing bank statements, bank account holder’s name and account currency
must be in English. If the bank account holder is not the applicant, an official English kinship certificate between applicant and bank account holder should be provided.
4. For applicants under 18, the following documents must be provided: birth certificate,
proof of guardianship in English (usually parents’ marriage certificate), and parents’ identification information in English (double sided National ID card or passport’s information page). When submitting the application offline, minor applicants should be accompanied by their guardians (parents), who must sign the “Informed Consent Form for Minors Travelling to China”. 5. China Visa Application Service Center does not accept passports that are damaged,
altered or dirty. Kindly make sure that your passport contains two consecutive empty pages, or else your application might get rejected.
6. To protect the applicants’ rights and interests, the applicants must safeguard their
usernames and passwords on our website. The applicant’s username and password are the sole credentials for managing their applications, these information must not be disclosed to anyone.
7. China Visa Application Service Center, has no cooperation or dealings with any third-
party visa processing agencies. If the application materials contain any false information, the visa application will be rejected and a negative history will be recorded. Applicants are advised to be careful and not be deceived by false information.
