Notice on Requirement of Normal Invitation Letter

For invitation letter, electronic signature and electronic stamp are not accepted. Please sign personally and affix company seal (for company invitation letter) on each page. A cross-page seal will be better.
For invitation letter, the seal should be company seal and Chinese signature (except foreign inviter). And please provide Chinese-version invitation letter with correct Chinese grammar and logic, not a translate version.
Invitation letter should contain information below:
(A)Invitee's personal information: name, gender, date of birth, passport number etc.;
(B)Invitee's visit information: visit purpose, arrival date, departure date, place of visit, relationship between inviting company/individual and invitee, means of financial support, etc.;
(C)Inviting company/individual information:
Company in Mainland China: name of company, brief introduction of company name of signer, title of signer (at least department manager), contact number, address, legal representative or at least department manger's signature, etc.
Inviting individual: name of inviting individual, contact number, address, inviting individual's signature, etc.
(A)Invitee's personal information: name, gender, date of birth, passport number etc.;
(B)Invitee's visit information: visit purpose, arrival date, departure date, place of visit, relationship between inviting company/individual and invitee, means of financial support, etc.;
(C)Inviting company/individual information:
Company in Mainland China: name of company, brief introduction of company name of signer, title of signer (at least department manager), contact number, address, legal representative or at least department manger's signature, etc.
Inviting individual: name of inviting individual, contact number, address, inviting individual's signature, etc.
*Inviting individual needs to provide photocopy of Chinese ID card (front and back page)
Invitation letter can be the origin or scanned version. Please make sure it easily reads in A4-size.
