Online Visa Application Procedures and Important Tips

Step1：go to the homepage of our website，find Application form.

Step2：If you ‘ve already had an account, please sign in directly. If not, you have to create an new account by your own e-mail. (Reminder: login your email on website or your phone first, you will get a code after, and the code is just 60 seconds valid,plz check your own inbox.)

Step3：Please sign in your own account on our website,and start filling the online application form.

Step4：Enter the online application form interface.

Step5：After you finish the online application form,then print it out. Don't forget to sign on the confirmation page as well as on the 6th page (You can log in to your account to retrieve your application form under "My Account" for viewing, downloading and reprinting).

Reminder:

1. The Chinese visa is typically valid for three months for single entry. It is advisable that you apply for a visa one to two months before your intended date of entry into China but not earlier than three months.

2. Please note that the online application form will no longer be valid or retrievable after 3 months from the date when you submit the form. Please ensure that you book an appointment and submit your visa application within 3 months of filling in your online application form.

3. The visa application form cannot be changed manually. Please make sure all the information on the form is correct. Any mistakes or incomplete application materials will make your submission unsuccessfully on the day.

4. Postal service is available at the moment. (NT residents who are eligible for exemption from fingerprint requirements, please email your concern to canberracenter@visaforchina.org for inquiries)
