As of April 11, 2024, the consular legalization applications of non-Chinese nationals should be submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Dhaka (hereinafter referred as 'Visa Application Center’). Consular legalization applications filed by Chinese nationals can be submitted either directly to the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, or to the Visa Application Center which charges a service fee in addition to the legalization fee.
