Can I apply for legalization at the Chinese Embassy?

As of June 20th 2021, the consular legalization applications of non-Chinese nationals residing in the DRC should be submitted to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers in Kinshasa (here in after referred as 'Visa Application Center’). Consular legalization applications filled by Chinese nationals can be submitted either directly to the Chinese Embassy in Kinshasa(DRC) or to the Visa Application Center which charges a service fee in addition to the legalization fee.
