For all people planning to go to China for exchange, visit or study or for business, you must apply for a visit(F) visaor commerce (M)visainstead of a tourist(L) visa by providing one of the following documents:

— Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit (TE);

— Confirmation Letter of Invitation with Name list of the invited;

— Invitation Letterfor foreign specialists;

Please apply for the visa according to your REAL PURPOSE of visiting China and leave China BEFORE your visa EXPIRES. Any false declaration or violation of the relevant rules will result in the REJECTION of your visa application or the REFUSAL of your entry into Chinese territory.
