In order to further standardize the management of service fees at the Visa Application Center, enhance transparency in fee collection, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of visa applicants, the following announcement is hereby issued regarding the issuance of service fee receipts and the channels for submitting complaints, in accordance with relevant management requirements:
1. Issuance of Service Fee Receipts
The Visa Application Center collects visa fees, visa service fees, and fees for approved supplementary services in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Applicants are entitled to receive formal receipts or invoices corresponding to the fees paid.
Applicants are requested to proactively obtain and verify the receipt upon payment to ensure that all fee-related information is accurate, complete, and fully traceable.
2. Risk Reminder
Receipts serve as key documentation for applicants to protect their legal rights. Failure to obtain or properly retain formal receipts may adversely affect applicants’ ability to safeguard their interests in the event of disputes or disagreements concerning the relevant services. Applicants are therefore strongly advised to retain all receipts securely for future reference or legal purposes.
3. Supervision and Complaint Channels
The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Gothenburg continuously strengthens internal control and compliance management and actively welcomes public supervision.
