Common Documents
1. Passport valid for more than 6 months with at least one blank visa page.
2. Copy of the passport personal information page.
3. Printout of Visa Application Form of P.R. China submitted online, including confirmation page and a digital ID photo.
4. Copy of the front and back of Pakistan National ID card for Pakistani citizens.
5. Copy of evidence of legal stay or residence in Pakistan for a third-country nationals, such as visa, Pakistan Origin Card, etc.
6. Original Chinese passport and a copy of the passport personal information page for the person who was previously a Chinese national and applies Chinese visa for the first time after naturalization of another country.
7. If the applicant’s name  is changed and differs from that in a new passport, please provide an official certificate of the name change, which must be apostille  by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.
8. VALID Police Character Certificate (Updated): The applicant(s) aged 10 or above must submit the police character/clearance certificate covering the period from since birth to till date; the applicant(s) under the age of 10 are not required to submit. If  there is no QR code on the PCC , the PCC must be apostilled  by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.

Circumstance 1: for applicant offering anInvitation Letter (TE) orVerification Letter of Invitation:
either of the above two documents is required. Moreover,Verification Letter of Invitation should be submittedwith an ordinary invitation letter from a real inviting organization/entity in China.

Circumstance2: for applicant unableto offer an Invitation Letter (TE) orVerification Letter of Invitation:
1. An ordinary invitation letter from a real inviting organization/entity in China.
Please see Appendix 2 for   conditionsin which an Invitation Letter (TE)orVerification Letter of Invitationis exempt.
Please see Appendix 1 for the content requirements of an ordinary invitation letter.
2. The applicant’s personal bankstatementfor the latest 6 months (Closing balance should be enough to cover allexpenses during the applicant’s real stay period in China, no less than US$100 per day or equivalent Pakistani Rupees).
3. It is recommended that the applicant provide round trip itinerary or e-airline ticket booking information, and hotel reservation paper.
**Additional supporting documents may be required based on different specific situations.
