Processing Procedure:
1. The applicant notifies the visa center by phone or email and selects the door-to-door service;
2. The center sends a consent form to the applicant;
3. The applicant fills out the consent form, signs it, and sends a scanned copy back to the visa center;
4. The center will send a specialist to the applicant's home to review the application materials and complete the online application on their behalf;
5. After the online application is approved, the center will collect the applicant's passport and paper application materials and process the offline application on their behalf;
6. After the offline application is completed, the passport will be returned to the applicant.
