The Chinese Visa Application Service Centres in Malaysia have captured all applicants' fingerprints on behalf of the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the Malaysia in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations.  Additionally, all applicants need to make the payment of all fees immediately after lodging visa application at Visa Application Centre.  If you forget to pay all fees, your application will be cancelled and you have to re-apply the visa again. Service Fees will not be refunded should the visa application be declined, refused or in any way changed by the Chinese Embassy or Consulates.

Applicants who are aged between 14 to 70 inclusive applying for Chinese visas are required to submit the application in person to get fingerprints and photo take at the Visa Application Centres. Visitors to China whose fingerprints and photo do not match may be denied entry and should bear all the consequences.

Fingerprints exemption is only eligible for the following categories:
1) Applicants is under the age of 14 or over 70;
2) Applicant has used the same passport to apply for the visa and has the fingerprints taken at the Visa Centre in Kuala Lumpur within the past 5 years.
3) Diplomatic passport holders, or applicants eligible for Diplomatic, Service visa;  
4) Applicant's both hands fingerprints are missing.
