Sorry, you cannot. Please fill in an online visa application form and bring all your application documents to the visa centre for your biometric information. Please check your documents lists here.

You have to give your biometric information unless:

1) You are under 14 years old;

2) You are over 70 years old;

3) Other situations that your fingerprints cannot be collected;

4) Biometric exemption for Diplomatic, Service and Courtesy Visa;

5) You are applying single or double-entry short-term(duration of stay less than 180 days) visa from 2nd September 2024 onwards.
