  • If documens are found missing during the application submission process, the visa center can still accept the application, provided that the missing documents are submitted by the designated time on the following day.
  • Please note that if the applicant is unable to submit the missing documents by the designated time, the collection date will be postponed, and the VIP service fee will not be refunded.

Withdrawal Passport

  • Withdrawing the passport from the embassy without canceling the visa application, essentially putting the application on "pause";
  • The passport must be returned before the specified deadline; otherwise, the visa application will be rejected due to "essential documens missing", and the paid visa fee and service fees will not be refunded.

Pick-up Service

  • Arranging a vehicle to pick up and drop off the applicant at a designated location;

VVIP on-site Service
