Filling out the Form

Priority Pre-screening

The Visa Center provides priority processing for applicants who need it, ensuring that, once all required documents are complete, the internal review by the Visa Center is finished within one working day.

Submit for Applicant

Applicants who are exempt from fingerprint collection can submit their passports and documents to the Visa Center in advance. Once the embassy's pre-screening is approved, the center will issue a collection slip immediately, so that applicant does not need to return in person. The center will then notify the applicant of the slip number and collection date by email or phone.

Next-day docs

	If documents are missing during submission, the visa center may still accept the application, provided the missing documents are submitted by the deadline the next day.
	Please note that if the applicant fails to submit the missing documents by the deadline, the collection date will be postponed and the VIP service fee will not be refunded.

Withdrawal Passport

	Withdrawing the passport from the embassy without cancelng the visa application, essentially putting the application on "pause";
	The passport must be returned before the specified deadline; otherwise, the visa application will be rejected due to "essential documens missing", and the paid visa fee and service fees will not be refunded.

Pick-up Service

	Arranging a vehicle to pick up and drop off the applicant at a designated location;
	Free beverage and snacks.
