1. NOTICE

I.Please be advised that applicants must complete the online application form and, after receiving the confirmation email, submit their application in person at the Visa Center within 30 days, bringing the “Visa Application Certificate”. If the application is not submitted within 30 days, the form previously completed and submitted online will become invalid and can no longer be used. In such cases, the applicant will be required to complete a new application form on the website.

II.Starting September 15, 2025, applicants from Gwangju and Jeju may personally visit the China Visa Application Service Center in Seoul to submit their visa applications or submit applications via mail to the Seoul Visa Application Service Center. Applicants need click the "Download" section on the Center's homepage, download and fully complete the Mailing Disclaimer. The applicant must send this completed disclaimer along with the passport and application materials to the Center. Applications received without the Mailing Disclaimer, passport, or required materials will not be processed. See details the notice “Provide two-way mailing service to applicants who meet the requirements of fingerprint collection exemption”. Note:To ensure that your application materials are successfully delivered to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center, we strongly recommend using Korea Post when mailing important documents such as your passport.Please note that deliveries made through other courier services may be left unattended in the building elevator lobby without notification to the Visa Application Center, which may result in the loss of your documents.

Before submitting an application, applicants must complete the online application form on the Seoul Center website (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3), and confirm they receive the "Visa Application Confirmation Email" and "Visa Application Confirmation Certificate" before initiating the visa application process.

2. Visa Application Procedure:

In accordance with the notice from the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Korea, starting June 30, 2025, applicants must create/log in to an account on the Visa Application Center website, access the personal center, complete the online "Visa Application Form," and upload the application materials. Please click on Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 to view the application procedure. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

Special Reminder: Please ensure the application status is "Online Review Completed" and you have received the confirmation email before submitting your passport, materials, and payment at the Visa Center.

3. Mailing Application
