As of 1^st March,2023, the consular legalization applications certified by the Department of External Relations-Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affair can submit application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City (hereinafter referred as 'Visa Application Center’). The details are as follows:

1．Office hours

Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Application submission and payment: 9:00 – 15:00

Collection: 9:00 – 15:00

2．Processing time (in the case that all the required documents are provided)

Regular service: The processing time is usually 4 working days

Express service: The processing time is usually 3 working days

Urgent special service: The processing time is usually 2 working days

（Express and urgent service must be approved by the embassy consular officer）

* The consular officer reserves the right to require the applicant to provide additional supporting documents, or to take an interview at the . The processing time may consequently be longer.

3. Fees

In addition to the legalization fee collected on behalf of the Consulate General of The People’s Republic of China in Ho Chi Minh City (hereinafter referred as 'Consulate’), the Visa Application Center will also charge a service fee. Please click here for Schedule of fees.
