If you hold a diplomatic or official passport, or are applying for a Chinese diplomatic, courtesy, or official visa, you still need to fill out the online application form and upload the required documents, and wait for the online review to complete.

After the online review is completed, please submit your application directly to the Chinese Embassy in Singapore.
