SF Express Delivery

· If it is inconvenient for you to return to the Visa Centre to collect your passport, the Centre offers a dedicated SF Express delivery service. You may inquire at the counter when submitting your passport.

If it is inconvenient for you to return to the Visa Centre to collect your passport, the Centre offers a dedicated SF Express delivery service.

You may inquire at the counter when submitting your passport, voluntarily opt for this service based on your needs, register the delivery details, and make the payment.

Once the passport is returned from the Embassy to the Visa Centre, the Centre will arrange for SF Express to deliver it to your designated address using the information provided during your application.

This service is provided by SF Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd. You pay the shipping fee directly to SF Express. SF Express is responsible for the transportation, delivery, receipt, and related services during the shipping process.

The Centre assists with the delivery service application and information registration, and charges a corresponding service fee.
