Notice for change in service fee payment process

Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that applicants are required to transfer the service fee to the visa application centre’s bank account and upload payment receipt to the bank statement entry section while completing the Online visa application process starting from 31 May 2025.

Service fee as below list for your information.

Please note that the Urgent service requires prior approval from the Embassy before application.

Note: - Bank receipts must have the Applicant’s name and Passport number mentioned on the receipt.

Attention- Please note that the service fee is compulsory and non-refundable while applying for visa application submission. It needs to be paid whether the visa request is accepted or rejected.  

Please also note that visa decision is entirely decided by the embassy.

Please make proper arrangements and submit your application reasonably. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
