Notice on New Year Holiday

Due to changes in the opening hours of our office building during the New Year holiday, therefore office hours of Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Tokyo will be adjusted as follows.

1. The office hours on December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) will be changed as follows.

       Application:  10:00-16:00

    Pickup:    Regular                10:00-17:00

　 　　         Urgent/Express     15:00-17:00

2. We will be closed from December 31, 2025(Wednesday) to January 4, 2026(Sunday).

3.Visa pickup date will be adjusted as follows around the New Year holiday. 

We do apologize  for the inconvenience due to the above arrangement.
