Notice on the Adjustment of Public Service Hours of the Visa Application Center

Dear Applicants,

To further optimize service procedures and enhance service efficiency, our center will adjust its public service hours effective Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

The detailed arrangements are as follows:

Regular Service Hours: 09:00am – 12:00pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) (no appointment required)

This adjustment applies to all on-site services, including passport Submission and Collection. Routine services will no longer be available during the afternoon.

To better accommodate applicants’ needs, the center will offer paid extended service hours from 08:30am to 09:00 am and 12:00pm to 16:00pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) . Applicants who wish to use this service are requested to contact the center in advance to make an appointment.

Please plan your visit accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Notice on Visa-free Policy for Canada and the UK

From 00:00 on February 17, 2026 to 24:00 on December 31, 2026 (Beijing Time), citizens of Canada and the UK holding ordinary passports may enter China visa-free and stay for up to 30 days for business, tourism, family/friends visit and transit purposes. Individuals who do not meet the above visa-free requirements are still required to obtain a visa prior to entering China.
