Important Notes After Receiving the Approval Email

Once you receive email confirmation that your online review is completed, please sign in to your account. You need to review the Consulate-General’s instructions regarding which original documents to bring to your appointment, and ensure you have a complete application documents.

Should no prompt be visible on your screen(as shown in the image), please prepare and bring the following documents to the center:

1) The confirmation email indicating your application has passed review;

2) The applicant's original passport;

3) A physical photograph meeting the visa requirements;

4) Your previous Chinese visa (either the original or a clear copy).
