Our center offers an Extended-Hours Service. Applicants may book an appointment in advance during the following time periods:
Morning Extended Hours: 08:30–09:00
Afternoon Extended Hours: 15:00–16:00
Afternoon Extended Hours: 15:00–16:00
The following services are available during the reserved time:
• Dedicated assistance with form completion or document uploads
• Pre-acceptance service for passport submission
• Other related center services

Fee Information:

⚠ Kind Reminder:
1.The Extended-Hours Service must be booked in advance. Applicants without confirmation from the center may not be able to receive services during the above extended-hours periods.
2.The services provided by CVASC are strictly administrative and application-support services. CVASC has no authority to approve or decide visa applications. The use of any related service does not guarantee visa approval and will not influence the review process or final decision of the Embassy or Consulate. All visa applications are reviewed and decided solely by the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
