Documents needed for the application of legalization
The documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India for authentication. Then please submitted the application to our Centre.
Documents to be submitted:
a. Make an appointment online before Submission.

b. Download, print and fill out an application form.
c. The original and a copy of the document to be authenticated
d. Signed Covering letter with attestation purpose and the list of the commerical document from the company of the applicant.
e. Signed Covering letter with attestation purpose and the list of the attestation document from the applicant himself/herself if it is for civil use.
f. If the application is submitted by an agent, the original and a copy of the agent’s passport or IC are also required, and a power of attorney.
g. The original and a copy of the applicant’s passport or IC.
