IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to increase in the Application volume applicants are adviced to submit their online application well in advance from their travel to avoid delay and to ensure that it does not affect travel arrangements to China. All applicants are requested once your application is approved, kindly login to your account www.visaforchina.org to check Visa Category, number of entries and duration of stay and accordingly visit the Visa Application Centre. To ensure Visa applications are processed smoothly, kindly comply with the following requirements：

1.Visa application form must be accurately and completely filled. All supporting documents copies must be clear. Ensure all information provided is true and correct. Failure to disclose information, concealment, or falsification may result in serious consequences, including rejection of visa application.

2.Biometric- Applicants Applying for all short-term single or double-entry (staying for less than 180 days) are Exempted from biometric.

3. When applying for Business Visa, you need to be following the below requirements.

A. The business license of the inviting Chinese company must be provided and must include business scope. If the scope is not listed, applicants should request it from the Chinese company or print it from the internet and upload it together with the licence. Furthermore, the business license copy must bear handwritten signature in Chinese by the responsible person from the Chinese company (not printed), with content such as: "This document is strictly used for Visa application purposes for XX (applicant name)". It must also include a Chinese handwritten signature and date. 

B. The ID photo of the Chinese company inviter must be valid and clear. It must also bear a handwritten Chinese watermark (not printed), with content such as: " This document is strictly used for Visa application purposes of XX (applicant name)." It must also include the Chinese handwritten signature and date. 

C. The invitation letter must include the purpose of visit , Chinese handwritten signature and stamped with the company's official seal. The company's contract seal and personnel seal are not accepted.

D. The Cover Letter must include the company profile such as year of establishment, Scope of business and clearly mention the specific purpose of your trip to China , exact duration of stay in China. Please note that general descriptions of visit purpose, such as business meetings, might not be accepted.

3. When applying for Tourist Visa, the applicant's personal saving bank account statements of recent 3 months with a minimum consistent monthly balance of INR 1 Lakh, or personal deposit bank certificate of similar amount made at least 3 months before visa application date must be provided. If due to some special circumstances such as being a minor, parents or guardian bank account statement , an authorization letter with signature of the account holder must be submitted.
