To: All Visa Applicants

This is to inform all applicants that the Visa Application Centre will be closed from 1 to 5 May 2026 in observance of the public holiday. Please be advised that due to the upcoming holiday and scheduled system upgrades, visa applications submitted on 29 and 30 April may experience delays in processing and issuance.

All applicants submitting applications during above period at visa center are required to bring a copy of the received the confirmation letter email itself so what we can check the date of delivery to avoid the issue may occurs in advance.

Recommendations: It is strongly recommended that applicants submit visa applications online well in advance of your intended travel date and ensure travel arrangement to China with enough time to accommodate these potential delays.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Our goal is to minimize any disruption to your travel itinerary.
