*Scenarios:  Applicant can submit their application beyond normal working hours

*Service Scope:  Optional when submitting applications offline.

*Service Standards: Normal working hours is 09:00 to 15:00 hours.  Prime time will be Morning 08:00 to 09:00 AM and Afternoon 15:00 to 16:00 PM.

*Service Process: Apply for services at the information desk in the center, and then proceed to the VIP room to complete the process.

*Scenarios:  This service can provide convenience for applicants and help them fill out or modify online application forms. 

*Service Scope:  Optional when applying online.

*Service Standards: Applicants can call or visit the center during working hours to complete the online application process.

*Service Process: Apply for services at the information desk in the center.  The information desk will issue a number and guide the applicant to the designated counter for processing. 

*Scenarios:  For applicants who are unable to come to the site to collect passports.

*Service Scope:  Optional when submitting applications offline.

*Service Standards: Passport can be sent directly to applicant's address by courier if they can't able to come to our centre. 

*Service Process: Apply for services at the center's information desk and submit your application directly at the counter.
