Only the applicant who meet all requirements bellow can submit his/her applicant by post or through someone else/travel agency to Visa Center.

*Submitting applicant by post must pay post service fee. The consular officers may also request an interview with some applicants. Your failure to attend an interview may consequence to visa rejection.
