URGENT NOTICE: Delays in Visa Issuance for Certain Applications

Dear Visa Applicants:
Due to a technical issue affecting our processing system, the issuance of visas for certain applications may be delayed beyond the estimated collection date indicated on the pick-up form.
The issue is currently being addressed as a matter of priority. We are working closely with the relevant authorities to restore normal operations as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on applicants.
Applicants are advised to refer to the visa application tracking system and notification from the Visa Application Center for the latest status of their applications. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.
If you have an urgent need to obtain your visa due to business, medical, study-related, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact the Visa Application Center and provide supporting documentation. The visa center will review such cases individually and, where appropriate, liaise with the Embassy to explore possible solutions.
