Documents needed for the application of legalization
The documents should be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City for authentication. Then please submitted the application to our Centre.
Documents to be submitted:
a. One duly completed application form.
b. The original and a copy of the applicant’s passport and CCCD.
c. The original and a copy of the document to be authenticated
d. If the application is submitted by an agent, the original and a copy of the agent’s passport are also required, and a power of attorney.
e. Other documents consular officials require.
